Event interaction between JomSocial networks
What about tying events [initially] between JomSocial networks (same server/different server)?
This way you could have members in affiliate organizations (like chapters in the same region) consolidate/coordinate events on the same/between different servers allowing Administrators on either end to decide what events from affiliate networks they would want to publish?
For instance say (4) different groups are created - a PA chapter, a NJ chapter, a MD chapter and a DE chapter. All are part of the "Tri-State Region" (so perhaps there is a way to make a super network/calendar between all 4). All maintain separate memberships, have different events but due to proximity they also need to coordinate what they are doing as they can all get together a few times a year, support each others events.
If JomSocial could bridge networks the groups could get together, decide what events to "share" and what events from other chapters they want to publish (maybe PA publishes some NJ events because they are closer for some) and as updates, etc. are made allow event maintainers in each chapter the ability to manage their events in a coordinated fashion, present those extra-chapter events they want to, etc.
Just a thought but it's something I know I could use as I manage sites for organizations with that kind of geographic dispersal and autonomy.
